paladin 0 Posted September 2, 2006 Hi Paula. Yes, my DW has stated many times in previous posts that I intend to get the band. Feel free to check her OLD posts. It's there. Here's the link to her first post on LBT: http://www.lapbandtalk.com/showthread.php?t=14210&highlight=3loves I told her she could go first. I was working at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company, when I first heard of the band. They are currently close to getting FDA approval for the Swedish band. I was fortunate enough to be able to see that band first hand in the lab. My DW laughed at me when I told her about it. Now look at her success. I am a very proud husband. Paladin is a holy warrior from the Holy War during the Crusades. It's a name I use often. Yes, I'm sure you can find Paladin in the books of Max Lucado. As Christians, we love Max. Thank you all for the warm welcome. It is much appreciated.

paladin 0 Posted September 5, 2006 I changed jobs shortly after my wife had her surgery so we now have a different insurance company...BC/BS of Alabama. My wife tells me there have been a lot of horror stories on here about BC/BS. Does anyone have any info advice on getting approved with them? My boss had gastric bypass with them and I plan to talk with him more tomorrow about this.
