ShannonK 266 Posted July 9, 2012 Howdy! Today is my one week post op - and I feel great! No pain or nausea, and I am going to the beach with my family today! I won't go in the Water, but I will enjoy the sunshine, sand, wind, and my family! I will also make sure I drink, drink, drink!!! I can't wait for some REAL food, - I pretty much am drinking 1 - 2 Protein Shakes a day (30-60g of protein) and about 44 oz of water......I am down 13 pounds from day of surgery.
