I'm out looking for 0% Nicotine cartridges for my e-cigarette bc I'm really wanting one but refuse to smoke a real cigarette or an e cigarette with nicotine.

Today at 3 pm will be 6 days! For some reason I've been wanting one SO BADLY!

Hope they have them since they carry my brand and I don't have to order them online!

Thank you! I found the 0% in menthol at Racetrack and went to Walmart to see if they had 0% in regular but didn't and decided to call a Racetrack about 15 min away in a bigger city and they have the 0% Regular!!

This relieves me so much! No nicotine so no addiction and I'll still be smoke free!

Y'all don't know how happy I am right now lol. I'll be so happy when this ADDICTION is kicked!

I just realized why my craving was so bad!

Last night(Saturday) I fell asleep and didn't take my 1mg chantix! I almost would bet my life on it bc after day 3 it wasn't that bad.

I would recommend the book The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. I found it incredibly helpful. I stopped taking Champix cause I felt that confident and this September will be two years. It changes your thinking completely.

Stay strong!! You're doing amazing at day 6! I noticed today I took my morning chantix later in the day rather than in the morning, and the cravings seemed more noticable...so your skipping one maybe had an effect on your cravings too. Good luck and keep us updated. Just remember, we're in the same boat

Oh! And I forgot to mention...it's almost 3am in NY and I can't sleep. No smoking guves me crazy bouts of energy lol.
