Mind Playing Games Or Preparing.?

Ok.. well I have notice I don't eat like before I haven't been sleeved yet.

I eat a little and I get full right away I start burping and have that feeling of throwing up. Also This bad stomachache I get. Is it that my brain is starting to get the message or I'm focusing on This surgery to much. My surgery will be next month. I'm starting to eat slowly too.

Has anybody had that problem too.

So funny...sometimes I swear my stomach does the same thing...like "I'll be good - I promise". As if it knows what is coming.

I think it is just our minds playing tricks..but it is good practice.
