msvickee 212 Posted July 8, 2012 For those on full/thick liquids here is a healthy treat 8 oz chicken broth (I used low sodium) 1/2 can low sodium black Beans 1 tsp freshly chopped tomatoes (can omit I just thought it would add some kick to it) I used the Magic Bullet. I then heated it in a pot but pretty sure it would have still been good room temp. It is very liquidy and it went down fine only a few rumbles because my sleeve is used to Bariatric Advantage shakes.
