Juicing And The Sleeve

Well...like everything else, moderation;-). I've been sleeved since August 2010 and have been putting on weight due to solid food eating habits. I hate the Protein Shakes so started to juice today. Amazing how you identify bad habits...wasn't hungry at all today; however, miss the eating...so, behavior modification starts over again on how to use my sleeve as a tool. Good luck everyone and stay focused...

Hi Everybody, I'm 2 wks post op and I've found my tastes have changed. I use to do a really healthy green smoothie every morning, now it makes me nasuas, I'm hoping its just the raw veg and once I'm more healed will be able to enjoy it again. Been doing a good quilty whey Protein and organic greek yogurt instead. More calories, but I figured at this point I'm really not getting in many calories at all. Anyone have an opion or thoughts on this? I'm feeling much better, but still not myself,

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
