Couple weeks before, but I think I could have done it post surgery as well

My Dr.'s office said that they wouldn't sign them off until I was released from the hospital. I had my hubby run them into the office on the way home. They filled out their portion and faxed it over.

I had surgery on June 12th. I was released on June 14th. I received a payment for one day (June19th). I had to wait until July 5th to fax over the next claim for the previous two weeks. I just received payment for those yesterday. Seems like they are back a couple weeks.
