sleeve523 2 Posted July 7, 2012 I am six weeks out. I just got back from being on vacation over a week with family and friends. I did not get my Protein or Water in like I should. I ate sweets, lots of carbs and drank alcohol. I thought my body would reject them all but it was like old times. Which I hated. I need to detox and get back on track. NewRocMyNewBody 1 Posted July 7, 2012 I wouldnt worry...I would suggest that you just get back on track by drinking and eating the things you know are best for you & your sleeve and your body will follow suit and detox itself. I would love a glass of wine or even a vodka and crystal light! Hang in there you will get back on track just know it may be very easy for you to "fall off the wagon!"
