It was explained to me on Thursday that drinking with meals can have two different effects - it can wash the food through the pouch, OR, it can push the food so it plugs the pouch. I was still hungry today after I ate Breakfast, and I unthinkingly ate a few nuts while I was drinking - all of a sudden I had a huge pain in my chest, and it was VERY uncomfortable. Not doing that again!

Okay kiddies, my special friend is here, I'm sick and all I want to do is eat!!! I'm trying my best to at least make it healthy. (I'm sitting here chomping on celery and peanut better as we speak!! LOL!!) I don't know why but when I'm sick...I just want to eat and eat and eat!! WILLPOWER WOMAN!!!!

ahh, Libra I totally relate.

I had a good weekend. Still not sure about a fill. It seems as long as I do dense chewable food, I fill up pretty quick.

I took a hike yesterday and felt so embarrassed by being out of shape. That will change!

At one point, someone posted a list of all the August band members. Is it possible to take a poll on how everyone is doing? I'd like to know who has had fills, who hasn't, what's the average weight loss, etc.. Sometimes I feel that I'm not losing quickly enough, and it would be reassuring to know that I was "average", if not "normal"!

Has anybody had an problems with their gall bladder since surgery that didn't have problems with it prior to the surgery?
