I'm glad to hear that you are doing so well! I went from using 90 units of insulin a day to 2 units, literally overnight in the hospital. It was amazing to me. I'm a Type 1, so I will always need insulin thanks to my sucky pancreas, but I'm relieved to know that my body is absorbing and metabolizing the insulin that I do take in so much better. I was so excited to move on to pureed foods too! the first thing I had was a scrambled egg and it tasted like heaven even though I could only have a few bites. I see you're in Santa Clarita, we're kinda neighbors!
