Exciting News For The Norcal Group

Hey everyone! We'd really love to see this group take off. It has been far too quiet!! We need to get ourselves situated with face to face meet ups for our areas.

There are two new moderators for our personal group.

That is FeedYourEye for the Sacramento/Valley areas and MeggieP for the Bay Area.

Lets start conversing and getting some support group dates set up.

Hi guys and gals! It is really fun and informative to meet up in person with others in your area that have also had the sleeve done, or are thinking about it. If you don't have a support group attached to your medical center, or could use some more face time with real people who understand where you are coming from, lets get together here in our own NorCal VSG Support Group, and plan on meeting up in person for coffee or a walk or whatever you like in the future. I think this is a great idea. Are we able to poll or get statistics of where everyone is and what would be a central location for most of us?

Sacramento here! I could meet in Davis, Sac, Folsom, The closer to Sac the better chance I will come.

I live in Santa Cruz, which is really more Central Cal than NorCal. That being said, I'm open to coming up to San Fran, Peninsula or East Bay areas. I could totally do Sac area if we can combine it with one of our trips to see family in Tahoe.
