All I can say is do your homework to make sure you decide for yourself. Take advice from those who have actually used them, whether the wraps have worked for them or not. I can honestly tell you from my own experience I have lost inches and they have not come back as well as my stomach used to look like an Arkansas road map and now you can't even find the scars from my surgery and my stretch marks are almost non-exsistant.

And you also sell them - so there is that. I would never sit here and call you a liar but as a health care professional I can tell you there are zero products short of lasers and surgery that can remove inches permanently along with scars and strechmarks over the course of a few hours/uses. I have no dobt that your marks may have gone away, but what people need to understand is that your marks and lumps and bumps may have gone away anyway, my marks are nearly gone as well but its just from passage of time and good skincare.

Numerous organizations have named these wraps one of the biggest dieting and fitness scams of the year (last year)

I haven't actively sold these for profit in over a year because I've been focusing on school. I gave my information so that if they did look into it, they could refer back to who gave them the information if they needed it. I'm also in healthcare, so I've done my homework as well. I'm just saying that she get opinions from people who have used them, including those who didn't like them in order to make a decision on whats best for her.

I don't think it will hurt to use them and see if they work. I'd rather at least try it and be out a few hundred dollars than automatically going to surgery.

Just trying them you wont be out a few hundred dollars. You can just buy one or two from a consultant, or ask them how many wraps you get for free if you do a party. The parties are free, plus the only thing you need to provide is Water, which is free, and when your friends buy wraps, you get some for free. So you could actually try them for free. When I did parties, I gave one free wrap for every 4 purchased, plus the initial free wrap just for having the party. There are ways to try them without breaking the bank.

If you are dead set on trying them then go for it - just don't con your friends into buying them so you can do the same for cheaper or even free.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
