frpringle 53 Posted July 6, 2012 Has anyone ever had a body wrap? If so does it really help tighten the skin? If you do the right ones they will. A lot of them just reduce Water weight. I use the ones from It Works! Global called the Ultimate Body Applicator and I love them. I have lost 170 lbs so far and I've got barely any hanging skin. My stretch marks are very light as well and my scars from the surgery are almost completely gone. I used the products for 4 months and loved them so much I became a consultant. If you would like more info on them please let me know because they really do work great and I'm hoping I don't need to do any skin removal. 2 Pre-OpLoser619 and lml32937 reacted to this

frpringle 53 Posted July 7, 2012 If you would be so kind.. I would like informatio- I did a body wrap years ago- and have been weary after surgery due to getting dehydrated... These wraps won't dehydrate you, they actually want you to drink Water while they are on. Go to my website and read about the Ultimate Body Applicators. They are awesome! I just had 3 people ask me to wrap them today. www.loseitwithruth.itworks.net I also take the Vitals for my Vitamin, they dissolve in 2 minutes so they are fully absorbed, and I take the Greens. that gives you all your nutrients from fruits and veggies plus it helps fight cancer by alkalizing your body, because cancer is found to grow in people who are more acidic. They have a lot of great products, so check it out and let me know what you think. My consultant ID is 140553 and my name is Ruth Pringle. I'll have to see if I can post some pictures of results with people I've wrapped. I should of taken pictures of my stomach from when I started wrapping until now, but I didn't So just let me know what you think!
backtolife 5 Posted July 7, 2012 Would you recommend the defining gel?
frpringle 53 Posted July 7, 2012 Would you recommend the defining gel? Yes! I use that on spots in between wraps and also in spots that really can't be wrapped (like "the twins") to help keep them from getting too saggy. It's the same formula as in the wraps just not as potent.
Looking Ahead 239 Posted July 7, 2012 I want to try the wrsps but embarrassed to have someone see my fat. Can I do it by myself ? If so where do I buy a kit and how expensive? 1 MKambalimath reacted to this

Practice wrapping your target area with just plastic wrap to get the hang of it. You want to make it very tight to hold the wrap in place. It took me some practice before I could get it tight, but at 450 lbs I was able to wrap myself. You can buy them right off the website and there is also am instructional video on how to wrap. The price will depend on if you do the autoship (which I recommend because you get lots of benefits!) or just buy them straight out.

frpringle 53 Posted February 23, 2013 How often should you use the global wraps? I'm getting my surgery next Tuesday. How long should I wait until I start using them? I would wait to start using them until your scars are healed over and you can start washing the areas safely without causing harm. The wraps can be used once every 72 hours. I suggest using one a week, that way with the 4 pack, you get 1 months worth.
NurseGrace 509 Posted February 23, 2013 only temporarily. They work well to dehydrate the area but there are zero long term benefits. Once you get re-hydrated you will look the same. If stuff like this really worked the way people who are selling them make it sound, they would be vastly more popular. I encourage a skeptical mindset with stuff like this. Don't be a sucker for all this, save your money for skin tightening procedures that will actually work (tucks)

frpringle 53 Posted February 26, 2013 All I can say is do your homework to make sure you decide for yourself. Take advice from those who have actually used them, whether the wraps have worked for them or not. I can honestly tell you from my own experience I have lost inches and they have not come back as well as my stomach used to look like an Arkansas road map and now you can't even find the scars from my surgery and my stretch marks are almost non-exsistant.
