Mr_Worm 129 Posted July 8, 2012 Remember that VSG changes your life..but you don't have to live in misery. I still enjoy foods like I did before, just can't over eat them. I stay away from the bad ones and focus on the ones I know are good for my body. The VSG will open your mind to health which many of us really weren't educated on. For you guys out there, I can still chug a half a beer. I'm doing it right now as I type. Your life doesn't have to end because you be come healthy, you learn to incorporate it. Now mind you, I can't drink a whole bottle of jager any more (I used to be a legendary partier). I'm loopy after 3 shots anymore..makes me a cheaper drunk and the ladies seem to like that!!!!! skane10 64 Posted July 9, 2012 Mr_Worm, I see that low carb is the way that leads to weight loss as well as lean Protein. I cannot find info on the VSG site about how low our carbs should be. Do you have any suggestions that led to your success?
