skane10 64 Posted July 7, 2012 Just popping in online to update my weightloss tracker. I'm down to 265 from 390 with a VGS surgery date of 1/12/2012. I'm finding I don't come on the site much any more and I'm starting to think some of the other people who are Veteran sleevers don't visit much after they hit their goals. This place is a great for motovation. For those on the fence with fear about it' date=' sometimes you just have to take a chance and do something that will BETTER you. W[/quote'] OMG that is amazing! I'm 11 days out and wonder how fast I will lose weight. 10 pounds came off pre op and 8 pounds post op. I have lost weight in 3 says. How were you able to get enough Fluid in and how much did you exercise? 1 Mr_Worm reacted to this

skane10 64 Posted July 7, 2012 I never had a problem with the fluids..I was drinking lemonade with ease hours after surgery. Started working out with a personal trainer after 3 weeks from surgery....its all been cake from there Wow! Seems today I can get a mouthful of liquids down instead of sipping. After almost 3 weeks of various fluids, I'm trying some puréed Beans today can't wait until Monday which is my third week. I'm learning what too much canned Soup does to my body (water retention). I think I will follow your lead and take up weight lifting. You are an inspiration. 1 Mr_Worm reacted to this
