cissiesue 119 Posted July 6, 2012 I would just walk the halls when I had gas that wouldn't move. I honestly didnt think I walked all that much, but every one is different and there isnt a set amount of walking, just what you feel like you need!

cantwaittolose 163 Posted July 6, 2012 So I have a silly question...while walking uphill will tire me out quicker...will it cause pain?...I'm afraid to exert myself too much immediately following surgery. I live at the top of a hill...I'm thinking I'll have to drive to get to flat area...or join gym for treadmill. While I'm on the topic of driving...how long before I can drive?...right away?
