JDHenin 165 Posted July 11, 2012 I NEVER DEPRIVE MYSELF!! I've noticed though that I really don't crave sweets anymore. I crave crunchy salty things. I just make sure I portion out 100 calories if I really want that snack. Thankfully My wonderful sleeve tolerates everything. 1 Spirit Fire reacted to this

candy1980 36 Posted July 11, 2012 I still eat ribs' date=' granted I can only hold one, but if I want it, I eat it. As for potato or egg salad, I have them too; but if you are worried about the fat and calories, make them with fat free Miracle Whip in place of regular mayo. fat free MW has 15 cals. per Tbsp. versus the 90 cals. in one Tbsp. of regular mayo. Happy eating [/quote'] mayo made me dump (literally almost passed out, threw up, diarrhea, cold sweat) wondering would miracle whip have the same effect? My FIL has the same issue with mayo. Has no prob with miracle whip. It should be a wonderful alternative for you!
