TrishS 3 Posted August 31, 2006 this is her husband, john. Trish had complications during the surgery. the doctor cut a hole in her stomach while trying to get her old band out. because of this, he had to stop and open her up and open her up to finishe the procedure. it took 6 1/2 hours for the surgery and she has an cut in her tummy that is about 12 - 14 inches long. she is doing good right now. we will be here at the hospital for the next few days. if everything goes well, we will be able to stay the night at a hotel on sunday night then go see the doctor on monday then travel back home. trish will probibly be bedridden for 2 - 3 weeks.
