milkD 37 Posted July 5, 2012 Hello! I didn't have my surgery yet but I want to be prepared. I know I may not be able to avoid baggy, loose skin but I still want to try my hardest. So if anyone can give me ideas for exercises, videos, machines, etc that have worked for them I'd love to know. I'm worried about my tummy, thighs and arms.
