I use the Special K brand and it has Protein in it. They are singles that you can carry anywhere. I found them in the diet food section...like near the special K bars and slimfast.

My mom's coworker suggested them but we've both looked a few stores and couldn't find the Special K Protein Drinks. Where did you get them?
