chicagochic 73 Posted July 4, 2012 I've been very nauseous the last few days and vomit after eating very little. Even Water now is making me nauseous and I already struggle with getting in all my Protein and water at 5 weeks post op. I'm not sick (I feel great) and I'm not complaining either but I would love to keep some food down. I'm in a 3 week stall and want to lose the weight in a healthy manner. Anything OTC that has worked for others? I hate that I can't have a nice cold ginger ale!
karenb4729 309 Posted July 4, 2012 You can get those Patches that go behind the ear that are used for seasickness. It can help.

MinaT 669 Posted July 4, 2012 decaff peppermint tea helps too. Try not drinking out of a Water bottle and drinking out of a small cup, you will take in less air. Try switching up your Protein drink for something like Syntrax nectar (they have fuzzy navel etc.) Make sure you are not having a lactose intolerance problem. I used to take prescription Omaprazole 2x's a day. It's too big to take so doctor switched me to Pepsid which I take in the morning and at bed time. It helps a bit too. Good Luck.
