I'm working out starting tomorrow and definitely take in more Protein and liquids. :-)

Week Four post op

Challenge weight: 203.4

Last week's weight: 192.8

Today's weight: 191.0 (down 1.8 pounds)

Goal weight: 180

After last Monday, went up 1.2 pounds then into a stall until yesterday. Looking forward to a bigger weight loss week. Lots of NSVs every time I wear something. I LOVE my sleeve!

I went to a birthday party yesterday and did a lot of sabotaging. I am striking to have a better week. I have been getting in most of my Protein and all of my Water so I want to keep that up.

I am determined to make a challenge so I refuse to adjust my goal until I officially make the first one.

Other Goals:

1. Log food every day into MFP-religiously logging

2. Exercise 4-5 a week-5 times

3. Make it to week 10 on Couch to 5 K. I might just skip ahead. Ran 24 minutes without stopping (2 miles).

I've been crazy busy and haven't been on VST recently. Buy I'm still hovering at the same weight. 9 lbs to goal and I'm confident!

Labor Day is September 3rd so we have 8 weeks and 4 days in this challenge. How much do you want to lose?

I currently weigh 190.4 and I would like to weigh 175 by Labor Day. I hope this is doable in 8 weeks. My weight loss has slowed downed a lot since my work outs were ramped up.

Here are my goals:

1. Make it to the 170's

2. Lose 15.4 lbs

3. Log food every day into MFP

4. Exercise 4-5 a week

5. Make it to week 10 on Couch to 5 K
