jhansen71 257 Posted July 4, 2012 Labor Day is September 3rd so we have 8 weeks and 4 days in this challenge. How much do you want to lose? I currently weigh 190.4 and I would like to weigh 175 by Labor Day. I hope this is doable in 8 weeks. My weight loss has slowed downed a lot since my work outs were ramped up. Here are my goals: 1. Make it to the 170's 2. Lose 15.4 lbs 3. Log food every day into MFP 4. Exercise 4-5 a week 5.
