I know there is nothing to be nervous about but since my band and I failed each other I'm afraid of failure again although I am excited about my new journey. Auh!!!! shangefan 193 Posted July 4, 2012 I am revising from band to sleeve on July 9 (in 6 days). I definitely understand your concerns. I, too, am disappointed that I did not do as well as I anticipated with the band. It feels like a waste of a lot of money and time. But this is different. You will succeed. And so will I. TaiDyed 59 Posted July 9, 2012 Fingers crossed, I will be a band to sleeve revision on 8/6 - will know in the next 2 weeks if my insurance will cover the revision and will then begin the 2 week liquid diet pre surgery. I totally understand the feeling like I failed w/ the band. and the "what if"...what if the sleeve isn't any different for me? I'm terrified. But I am more terrified of not trying.
