mylifeinpink 349 Posted July 2, 2012 I ration out little one oz cups with lids and set then aside- one per day (I need those calories and fat right now) I snack on the little cup all day- that way I know exactly how much I've eaten- otherwise I could over endulge. I eat a mixture if roasted peanuts, cashews, macadamia nuts, and a few almonds. I've been eating them since about 5-6 weeks out. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
