I've just had it on June 25th so I'm a week out and I've lost about 4 pounds. Total though from my liquid diet is 19 pounds. I haven't weighed myself today and I'm trying to hold out until Saturday because I don't want to discourage myself with weighing everyday like I normally do LOL! No complications at all.

With Dr. Alvarez if you are a higher BMI, they charge $500.00 more. That is what is stated on the website under packages.
