dullkey20 10 Posted July 1, 2012 Hi everyone! So this may be a dumb question. I was just sleeved on Tuesday (6/26), I was just wondering can you drink too much Water at a time? I only take little sips, but I can take a lot of them. I never get that feeling I drank too much/full or pain? I never have. I can drink a big glass (~40oz) of Water in 2-3 hours and just want to make sure that is ok. Thanks!
N-Linda 9 Posted July 1, 2012 In the book they gave me it says 30 ml every 15 minutes
lollyfidy1965 402 Posted July 1, 2012 My program recommends 4-8 oz/hour, and then increasing as you find comfortable. My understanding is that if I'm not feeling uncomfortable/nauseous, then its ok.
Krysty 11 Posted July 1, 2012 I was instructed to NOT drink more than 2 ounces or 1/4 cup every 15 minutes. I was also told to TRY to drink at least 32 ounces of fluids (including water) per day. Hope this helps!
lessofmeismore 1,405 Posted July 1, 2012 I was told it basically is as much as you can drink without feeling full. Your tummy will definitely tell you if its keeping the Water and filling up. The liquid basically moves right thru.
