I cannot get in enough protein! I have newborn twins to take care of and I need my strength back! I have tried the shakes and shots, but everything is making me sick. Please help! I need a concentrated way to get some Protein down!

The one thing that never made me sick was Cherry nectar with Bariatric Advantage Berry crystal Vitamins mixed in. My sleeve likes it and it gives me tons of Proteins and vitamins so that I have plenty of energy. Yesterday, I was a little nauseous so I went back to it and today I feel 100% better.

Chobani champions Greek yogurt made for toddlers. I've seen honey/vanilla, very berry, and orange vanilla flavors. Very good for Protein low calories and sugar and only 3.5 ounces a serving. These have become my #1 go to food.
