Just Plain Oatmeal

I'm 10 days post op and had 1 packet instant oatmeal with a lil sweet n low for flavor. So many Dr's diets are different mine said not til 14 days but I'm so tired of eating yogurt that I did oatmeal today. What do y'all think.
