Indymom 132 Posted July 2, 2012 Just measure everything, then you don't have to worry about overeating.
mkamai 26 Posted July 2, 2012 Whenever I get that feeling I either eat a little bit of something or stop eating. I usually give it some time and it goes away. I due measure and keep track of what I'm eating. Just really concentrating on getting at least 60 grams of Protein

hope2bfree 4 Posted July 2, 2012 I wish I had a full feeling or a hunger feeling and I have neither. I am almost 4 weeks out and feel like I didn't even have the surgery. I faithfully measure everything and follow everything to the letter. I just don't get it.

It sounds like you're doing everything right,,probably why you don't ever feel full because you are measuring, etc..I do much better when I measure..5 oz or less for me.
