andi0120 41 Posted June 30, 2012 Just wondering what work best for you? I'm swimming laps and also am walking/jogging six days a week for at least 60 minutes. What do you think worked best to tone your legs???
Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted June 30, 2012 Squats and lunges are really good for your legs. Do you go to a gym? There are some really good machines that isolate the thighs.
Lissa 2,631 Posted June 30, 2012 I'm doing tons of those "really good machines that isolate the thighs" and praying that they help with my loose skin there. Between the recumbent bike and the elliptical, my legs look pretty good except right at the top center. There is a ton of muscle, but there's also that loose skin which is icky, IMO. Bgirl 1 Posted June 30, 2012 I am swimming and doing a ski machine, so far my legs r fine. It's still very early on for me but I have not had any issues with loose skin in my legs...my problem is my upper arms...the skin is starting to sag and I know it will only get worse...any suggestions for the flab that hangs under my arm??
