How about string cheese, beef Jerky, beef sticks,tuna packs just be carefull trying beef jerky for the first time it can be hard on some people.

laughing cow cheese wedges, babybel swiss cheese, yogurt, beef Jerky, Protein Bars are all things i put in my lunchbag and store in our fridge at work.
