Tattoodmom 6 Posted June 29, 2012 So I'm pretty bent out of shape right now. I get my Protein in, I get my fluids in, i work out and I have only lost 55 lbs. I'm a bit over 3 months out and stuck at this weight. Someone please suggest something. I feel like a complete failure. 3 weeks at this weight an I don't see an end in sight. rodswife 155 Posted June 29, 2012 Shoot you are doing great at 3 months out. 55lbs is awesome. I'm 3 months out and have lost 45lbs. When I get stuck at a weight, I notice I lose inches. Your body is just adjusting and you will start dropping again. Can you get to a pool? If so and you can swim, go tread Water for an hour or so. I tread water daily for about an hour to 75 minutes and burn about 1600 calories or more. I notice im dropping a pound a day or every other day. I also keep my calories below 800 and I make sure I get all my fluids in. Don't stress it too much though. Your body is most likely just trying to catch up. 55lbs is an awesome loss. Way to go.
