elizabeth12677 6 Posted June 29, 2012 Anyone else loose your patience recently? I never had road rage or said exactly what I was feeling with the irritation I have since surgery. Lately I have made an employee cry, insulted my mother (we are really close) and yelled at another driver. I hate feeling like this
Lissa 2,631 Posted June 29, 2012 As your body releases fat, it also releases the hormones that are stored in that fat. It takes special effort to deal with that, for sure. Wait till your libido kicks into high gear! Good luck!! And I sincerely mean that! LOL
allnewme 262 Posted June 29, 2012 I work with my husband, son and two other young guys. I guess that I should warn them of upcoming mood swings. Better to be warned than unaware, They are going to love me. I have read this type of post from many ladies so I know it could very well happen to me too. elizabeth12677 6 Posted July 2, 2012 I called my ob-gyn and told him about my hormone rages. He changed my hormone replacement (hysterectomy) to a lower dose. We store hormones in our fat and with less fat I was overloaded. I will tell you all if it works but I do feel more aware of my attitude. It was good to say it out loud 1 runner reacted to this

neek41 34 Posted July 5, 2012 Actually I think this happens to sleevers more than we know. I was so annoyed with people for a few weeks & I think it's the lack of food. It will get better as I now don't feel the need to beat up the people I work with. It took my mood to cahange 2 weeks & I still have moments. It will subside. Hang in there! neek41
