Missing Food

I've been sleeved since june 4th & so far I've lost 25lbs. I'm happy to be loosing weight, but at the same time I'm missing food. After 3 bites I'm done, I can't eat anymore & sometimes it makes me so mad, because the food tastes so good.

The only advice I can offer is to learn to slow down and savor what you can eat. You'll be able to eat more as you progress, but this is about learning how to deal with the mental side. Slowing down will help later with Portion Control as well.

Also try a pepcid or some type of acid reducer daily. It really helps with head hunger at first, and will not hurt you. Good luck!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
