Lauranbob Mc 94 Posted June 28, 2012 I buy it in bulk and make it from home. when you buy the larger sized at the store all you are doing is adding empty calories. stick to the 20oz. size it is 45g of Protein and 180 calories. Also if you have them make one from the store have them wash the fruit off (strawberries) since it is in a sugar Syrup. they will gladly do it for you. smoothie king has been my savior. I now only use one scoop in my shake in the moring with skim milk, throw it in the kitchen ninja and enjoy a frozen mochachino everyday. hope you like them !!! ChooseToChange 19 Posted June 28, 2012 I have these once or twice a week to replace a meal. Get the gladiator and make sure you only get fruits that are real (not syrup). Their options are usually blackberry, strawberry, banana, raspberry, blueberry and a few others.
