jeniferdann 0 Posted June 27, 2012 Hello all, I am just over a year out and 90 pounds down!! I had a question about slider/carb pain. I don't eat carbs in high volumes very often. When I do, from time to time, I feel a tightness lower down, to the right side, it isn't fullness, it is like, pressure... Only when I overeat only carbs. Weird? Or normal?
