Need Ideas For A Jumpstart!

Hey Everyone! I am just wondering if any of you had any ideas for jumpstarting a stall...or if it's even possible??? I have been at a stall for a week and a half and I was sleeved on May 29! It's just getting so frustrating...I get worried that this is going to be like all of the other diet attempts I have tried! Thanks for any advice in advance!

go back to basics. Do the liquids, mushies and lean Proteins. And step away from the scale ;)
