I've been given the go ahead for stage 2 full liquids. I'm having a really hard time with anything sugar free, it just doesn't taste good and tingled my mouth. Do Protein Shakes count as a Fluid? Drs nut says no my nut says yes. I'm so confused and will be on stage 2 for 3 weeks and Soups have to be broth based. Any suggestions?

The Unjury chicken broth is high Protein and tastes very good.

I'm another fan of the Unjury chicken broth - if it weren't for this I'm not sure I would get all my Protein in for the day.
