Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted June 30, 2012 egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad. If chicken bothers you , put it in a blender before you make the chicken salad. White fish is good. Have you checked out the ricotta bake in the recipes in the food forum? At 3 months, these should work for you. 1 trstonlyurslf reacted to this
Finding Myself 146 Posted June 30, 2012 I have a hard time with Protein Shakes too. Get some free samples of chike shake mix. The strawberry blast one tastes like frankenberries! I like it a lot, and this is from someone who gags down premier protein!
bakawaka 59 Posted August 6, 2012 This search on Google can help: tofu recipes ("low fat" OR "low calorie" OR healthful) Also, you can puree tofu in the blender along with some splenda or equal + Water or milk + fruit or Protein powder - even green leafy vegetables, such as spinach!. Puree it on the highest speed (I have a VitaMix). Add a few ice cubes and puree them as well. You have a smoothee. You essentially turntofu into a liquid. This pureeing technique works with firm, medium, soft and silken textures of tofu. I do find that different brands of tofu have different flavors. My own personal favorite brand is Mori Nu. You can order cases of Mori Nu online. But other people might find other brands to be better. Tofu always has helped me lose weight in the past. I hope that this information is helpful. Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted August 11, 2012 Yeah, I really like it too. It's low carb, so I don't mind eating it in the evening if I want a snack.< /p> I don't use it as a meal anymore, cause I can eat anything now. I think the cheapest place to get it is Amazon cause their shipping is cheaper. If you have a Vitamin shoppe, they carry it. I don' t have one here though. 1 misslisa810 reacted to this
