Yesterday was my one month surgerversary. I'm stalling, up & down, lost between 41-43 depending on the day including pre-op. My official loss since surgery was 15.8 lbs. I can eat about anything now with no issues, getting my Water in is the hard part. I can't stomach Protein Shakes though, so I drink plain ole skim milk in the place of them. I get about 48-59 grams of Protein in daily with 3 meals, 1 snack, and skim milk. My blog is losethisbelly.blogspot.com with pics.
