krySTLe1984 3 Posted June 30, 2012 I had my surgery on may 3rd and went to my second doc visit the 19th of June and he gave me the ok to do whatever I want. Those were his exact words. So no I didn't start light. I mean I struggle with some of the moves but at least I'm doing something and over time I'll get better at it. Just finished my first week and I feel so accomplished! And I can honestly tell a difference in my legs. :-) I would def check with your doc and see what he says bc it is a very hard workout. When did u have your surgery? I got surgery April 30 and got the clear also.. I'm needing a bit more intense ....gravity is taking over and I don't think just biking and walking with weights is going to keep my access skin at bay...
