Things are going great. I haven't been to any of the group meetings. Sent from my mobile productivity killer.

texassky 84 Posted August 22, 2012 Same day same place how are you doing? Hey, I'm doing good, I have found a Protein shake that is working much better for me, so I'm meeting my Protein goal so that's great. I did get dehydrated last week and I'm still suffering from the effects of that, but all and all I'm doing really good! With pre-op I'm down about 40 lbs, how are things going for you? jhansen71 257 Posted August 29, 2012 Thanks Kalimom. Word down here is that it is not coming our way. Although if it changes courses we've stayed through bigger hurricanes, so we'll batten down the hatches and hang on tight.
