LegendQueenT 6 Posted June 25, 2012 What does your Dr say? He says that I'm not eating enough Protein. I had my stomach tested to see if it had stretched but it had not. He also suggest that I up my exercised. You have any suggestions for me to jump start the weight loss again.
karenb4729 309 Posted June 25, 2012 I'm newly sleeved - just since June 4th. However, before my sleeve I couldn't get the weight off no matter what I did until my surgeon put me on a low carb diet. You may want to track your carbs and try to keep them under 30g total to see if that would jump start your loss.
chitowngirl 886 Posted June 25, 2012 Yes, I would also say try to go back to basics, track your food, stay away from calorie drinks. What does your diet look like as of right now??
cmw10000 35 Posted June 25, 2012 Or you could do the pre op diet for a couple of weeks to get back on track it may help.
