Disneytikifan 21 Posted June 24, 2012 I am at 1000-1100 but I am exercising and a tall guy. The nutritionist suggested maybe pushing it up a little if I am doing extended workouts. Crystal Woods 193 Posted June 24, 2012 I get some exercise everyday but it varies. Typical 2 to 3 days a week I swim laps for around 1/2 hour and tread Water for 10. Then 2 or 3 times a week I practice softball with my kids in which I run the bases and laps with them and I am very active for about 2 hours each practice. I also walk my dogs a couple times a week... I don't have a set exercise routine bc it takes too much commitment. I wake up each morning and choose an exercise.
