citygurl 0 Posted June 23, 2012 I everyone, I am now five weeks post op. I feel great. I am from San Francisco. Today I am going to take all the junk off my treadmill and use it. I have been taking walks but not they are not long enough. I just wanted to introduce myself, and I look forward to sharing this journey with all of you. Territravel 217 Posted June 23, 2012 Hi Citygurl, Kudos, for deciding to up your exercise! I am 8 days post op and haven't started exercising as of yet. My plan is to start walking on Monday, twenty-thirty minutes and see how I feel. This site is a treasure of info, and everyone is very supportive! Welcome newie... Enjoy your treadmill, the trick is to make it fun in some way (listen to music, watch tv, read a book if you can, do little challenges, etc). Take some time to browse through all the forums here, there are years of questions and answers out there.
