No (Or Low) Sugar - Low Carb Protein Bars?

Is there such thing as a Protein Bar that has low carbs and low or no sugar? If it could taste good too that would rule. Please point me in the right direction. How long after your surgery were you able to start eating your Protein Bars?

Atkins bars are very low carb. Like 3 carbs per bar. They look like they are high, but what you need to look at is net carbs. The other stuff is stuff like Fiber, sugar alcohol, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, and Glycerine, which have little to no impact on a diet. I learned this from doing the Atkins diet so many time. BTW, they taste good too..

Thats the bars I eat also. All the other bars I have found are super high in carbs and calories. Not worth it when compared to Atkins bars. I love the south beach chocolate bar that has like 20grams of Protein. It tastes just like chocolate cake icing.
