Does anyone no what the 5oz rule is please I keep hearing people saying this?

5 oz rule? nope - for me it would be more like 5 oz guarantee - to throw up...

5 oz rule? I haven't heard this before. I'm curious where it is coming up. And like pookey... if I was to eat 5 oz the only rule would be that it would come back up!!!

I know nothing about a 5 oz rule. I know that the rules for me are: 70 grams of Protein, 64 oz of Water per day. I also "have" to do 30 minutes of cardio per day because I want to stay of a prescription drug.

I've heard people say you can only eat 3 oz (not 5 oz) portions at 1 time, maybe that's what it is.

Geez, all I can do right now is 1 oz... or bascially 2 tablespoons of pureed.< /p>
