Sugar Free Ice Tea Packets

The sugar free ice tea packets we add to our Water, do the contain caffeine? I know we are not suppose to be drinking caffeine, not sure why, but do you think they are safe to use? I have been with no complications but I want to check.

Some of them have a little caffeine, but way less than a cup of coffee. I never had any problem with them. I love the sweet tea MIO drops!!

I would think caffeine is minimal, I use them all the time too. I love the Arnold Palmer one that is half iced tea half lemonade

Crystal Light made per instructions has about 11mg of caffeine.

Mio basic flavors are caffeine free, though I believe their energy line is caffeinated (I don't do "energy drinks" so I never bothered looking at the labels).

Lipton Brisk has about 10 (brewed Lipton has about 50).

Generic instant tea mix has about 26.

So kinda depends on what mix you're actually asking about.
