ddd8704 10 Posted June 21, 2012 I jogged a mile w.out walking in 12.5 minutes last week on my treadmill...I have been doing two mile jogs down the dirt road since...its been yrs since I could do that!!..its much easier now to breathe and easier on the joints..just got to work off my belly and hip jiggle now. 1 boots321 reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
